Original epaulettes, STV, Finnish Industrial Security
Original security officers shoulder epaulettes.
STV Finnish Industrial Security was a major security corporation in Finland in 1959-1993, it was sold to Securitas in 1993.
STV has left a permanent mark even in finnish language, a slang expression for any security guard is "Stevari" derived from the STV.
These are original 1980s manufactured sheats, possibly unissued. Made of gray uniform gabardine and 10mm silver ribbon. Width is 50/40mm and length is 105mm, shirt or jacket must have epaulettes for these to be slipped on.
The service ranks back in 1980s were:

3 silver stripes = location foreman
