Geiger counter, Alnor RD-10, functional.
Finnish CD / army radiation counter.
Old but very nice surplus Geiger counter, very robust plastic construction, not calibrated, but tested as working when exposed to low level radiation source.
These were made in Finland for military and CD use, at some point most cities had large Fallout shelters full of equipment in anticipation of coming nuclear holocaust. The RD-10 was made to replace the bulky RD-8, Anor RD-10 type were manufactured from late 1980´s to late 1990, some of these are still in official army issue.
The test video is shot while exposing the counter to some Americium ( the same substance you have in smoke detector, but it is not safe to dismantle a smoke detector, we are using a school-laboratory test rod instead ) resulting a peak of 1 milliröntgen/hour = 10 microsieverts/hour, the low detection threshold seems to work, we are definitely not going to to look out anything to test the more serious röntgen/hour setting, and it is not recommended to search such material or place.
Some of these are with Sievert range, which is currently the SI-unit of radiation.
